Aaraau — Terms of Service

1. The service. Aaraauprovides clinics with patient record-keeping, progress tracking, lead management and related tools. The service is provided "as is"; we work hard to keep it available and correct but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

2. Your data stays yours. Clinic and patient data belongs to the clinic and its patients. We store it only to provide the service, never sell it, and never share it with third parties. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. On account closure, data is deleted on request.

3. Patient privacy. Clinics are responsible for obtaining patient consent for the records, photos and videos they store, and for publishing any before/after images on their websites.

4. Not medical advice. Aaraau is an administrative tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not responsible for clinical decisions made by clinics.

5. Account security. Sign-in links and sessions are personal. Keep your devices secure; report suspected misuse so access can be revoked immediately.

6. Fair use & termination. Accounts used for spam, unlawful activity, or abuse of other users may be suspended. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data.

7. Changes. Terms may evolve as the service grows; material changes will be communicated to clinic owners.
